Frequently asked questions
Does Smart Review filter customers based on their rating?
No. Everyone goes straight to your Google review page. We never ask for a star rating up front and never hide the Google option. That is fair and compliant with Google policy.
Does my customer need an app?
No. NFC works on most modern phones without an app, and a QR code scans with the standard camera. The customer does not create an account either.
Can I change the destination later?
Yes. The NFC tag or QR code points to a fixed Smart Review link. In your dashboard you change the Google destination whenever you want — the tags keep working.
What happens to my data?
We handle data carefully (GDPR). IP addresses are stored encrypted, not as plain text, and you can delete feedback in your dashboard. We do not sell data.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Pro can be cancelled monthly. You can always go back to the free plan.
